Junior Associate
Role Summary
We are seeking an talented lawyers with a strong knowledge of Indonesian law, including corporate law, commercial law, and litigation.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and regulatory submissions.
• Perform comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Coordinate with Indonesian governmental bodies (BKPM/Ministry of Investment, Kemenkumham, OJK).

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
• Possess a valid PERADI license (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian law including corporate law, commercial law and litigation.
